Induced lactation made simpl(er)

When I started to research inducing lactation I quickly realized I was jumping between two worlds- the world of adoptive (and other non-birth) moms who were inducing lactation to feed their babies and the world of adults who were inducing lactation for other reasons (often as part of an adult relationship). As time went on I became more fascinated with inducing lactation, and more passionate about teaching and supporting others in their own lactation journeys.

Helping people new to induced lactation, teaching their families and partners about induced lactation, was still a struggle.  I couldn’t find a book or website where scientifically accurate information was available in an easy to navigate format, so I decided to build that place myself.  From a primer on the proper latch to a breakdown of what supplies to buy and what to skip, this site will give you the tools you need to induce lactation, or support someone who is. Inducing lactation is complicated and time-consuming, learning about it shouldn’t be.
